« Extremely lucky to have chosen to stay at Renesans Hotel. The staff were all very polite, helpful and attentive. Spoke very good English too even when. We arrived after a delayed flight. Very well appointed bedroom. Absolutely sparkling clean. Great size. Well appointed. Nice view to mountains too. Breakfast was a great variety of good quality food. Tradition/international options. « L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Zakopane. Pour ceux qui veulent skier, il y a une grande piste qui arrive au pied de l'hôtel. A part l'accueil à la réception a été un peu froid, le reste était très bien (grand buffet de petit déjeuner, chambre confortable). Nous ne sommes pas allé au restaurant de l'hôtel qui était plutôt cher par rapport aux restaurants du centre ville. Zakopane est une petite station de ski sympathique à 2h30 de route de l'aéroport. Elle est plus propice aux...

« Séjour parfait. Toutes les prestations sont remarquables, la piscine surveillée, le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et excellent, la vue sur les Tatras, la propreté, la simple beauté du lieu... personnel très pro également. Nous (famille de 5) sommes resté 2 nuits, mais finalement je serai bien resté 1 semaine, surtout que le voyage est plus long qu'il n'y parait depuis Cracovie mais Zakopane le mérite . Très belle chambre également, du charme, les enfants (3,6,10) aussi ont adoré. »

« Perfect location with 20mins walk to Krupowki, Termy zakopianskie or even to a trail walk. Apartment was so nicely decorated for Christmas. Perfect for family of 4\. Good value for money. Under block parking space was additional benefit. »
