"Everything looked over worn. The rooms need to be renovated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No security personnel before taking the elevators to the rooms. Upon taking a shower, we let the water run for about 10 minutes the water never got hot it stayed warm. when checking out they charged us more money than anticipated, because we booked with Expedia and they mentioned that if we booked ahead, we would not pay anything at the hotel. In other words, everything would be covered. When we checked out, they charged us an additional $45.00. I went to the check-out desk to dispute the charges the representative indicated that we did not read the fine print. Therefore, we had to pay that amount. It was unfair, because I read everything before making the reservation and we still had to pay the charges. "

"The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived at the room, it was a mess. The wood floor had a thick layer of dust in some areas. The window I was supposed to have a view through was covered in dirt and fingerprints, and it got even dirtier by the time I saw it in the bathroom. It was disgusting. I dialed 0 and asked housekeeping to clean the shower, but the lady who answered the phone was rude and never sent anyone. "

"Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile. One was not in uniform. I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account. The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse."
