"Staff is totally dedicated to you with full attention for your needs via text and inperson! On those days I went on daily tours, staff prepared lunch boxes at 4 am! I left my luggage here during my two day trip to Machu Picchu!! This is def my home away from home!!"

The staff provided an early morning snack to go for our early tour departure. They held luggage for other travelers as well. "Had an extremely pleasant stay at Novotel before and after doing the Inca trail trek. When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. There were plenty of food options close to us too, as well as laundromats (we used the hotel laundry service, it was very reasonable). Breakfast was so good, I looked forward to it every morning.
