"we really enjoyed our stay here and all the amenities even if it wasn’t perfect. The property is beautiful and large with great views. All inclusive seemed like a good deal and the food was adequate but didn’t expect so many menu items to be excluded/premium charge. Prob 30% of menu was an upcharge. We liked the different pools and the Market food hall felt upscale like a Vegas resort. We probably also liked it best because it was one of few places on property to dine without having flies all over. There are a lot of bugs, giant roaches, massive moths and swarms of flies. Once I saw a massive roach on the ceiling in the sit down restaurant over a couple unsuspecting diners. In our room I only saw 1-2 bugs total luckily very minimal compared to the rest Likes - plentiful pool choices - beautiful grounds - pretty good food - one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen with dumbells, barbells, deadlift and squat rack plus weights machines - kitchen granted our informal request to cook up the fish we caught - free shuttle ride to Rose to swim at the beach and eat at Fellinis rooftop (spectacular views of the bay) Dislikes - they ban ubers 👎 - bugs. Big bugs. Little bugs. Crawling bugs Flying bugs. - Too many flies, eating outside is almost impossible. Bring your own rotating fly shoo-er for your table or poolside. The only place there weren’t flies was the Market - dirty hallways in hotel buildings, dead bugs/moths, bird feathers (bird attacked?) - coffee machine but no coffee"

"We picked this hotel because it was Close to the Cabo Wabo Cantina. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is close to the marina and everything else. The food is really good and the staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. P.S.... The Expedia booking lists free car service from the airport and to the airport. This is not true, neither coming or going. Plan your car service accordingly."

"We had a great stay, the house was very spacious and organized. Pool was a great spot to cool down and hot tub was nice to use at night. Great view from the patio. We had a few issues during our stay but they were resolved quickly. Would stay here again."

"This property had a magnificent view and lots of room for our family of 11. We felt very pampered as Antonio treated us with very tasty quesadillas and fresh guacamole and other treats. Dario was there to show us how the house worked. It is a beautiful house with amazing stone and tile work located in the prestigious Pedregal villas that has security. Renters do need to know that you are up on the side of a cliff which means to enjoy beaches etc you will need to take Ubers or taxis which wasn’t a problem to have them come to the house. And we did love the wonderful view from the patio during our stay watching all the boats and ocean. Some critiques (that would bring the house into a better experience) are that the house is one of the older houses and the property needs some owner maintenance and updating. We did experience some plumbing and water issues twice. But I want to brag on Dario who immediately addressed all the issues. The pool has a large crack and leak on the wall that drains to the lower pool and the waterfall/slide was unusable. The movie room needs its media totally updated to new technology and some attention to new carpet as the room is very worn."

"The stay for the Bachelorette was perfect. Shoutout to Hector for being extremely helpful coordinating additional travel, food and answering any questions we had. From the welcome drinks to the amazing food the chefs cooked up for us during our stay, we could not have had a better time. The property was clean and comfortable for our 8 person group. The views were stellar and the pool made for the perfect relax spot."
