"Property was great, better than the photos. The was very clean. Easy to travel from the airport. Some things need replacement or updated. The beach towels were in very poor condition. The dishwasher needs to be replaced or professional cleaned. Some of the kitchen items could also be replaced ie. Glassware, dishes and pots and pans. But the place was BEAUTIFUL we enjoyed every day. I would like to come for another visit."

"Enjoyable beach stay that met our expectations: steps to ocotal beach and restaurant; magical Sunsets and close drive (via our rental car) to Coco. Place was clean with minimal snorkel gear but have rentals available, no binoculars but bird watching from the porch is nice and easy to use gas grill for our meals/ comfortable beds and good TV/ kitchen but need your own groceries and have option for grocery delivery. The floors in the unit really needed to be cleaned and the keys/locks were a bit hard to use, those are my only complaints!"
