Please contact our customer experience team within 24 hours of creating your reservation if you feel this will be a problem. Refunds cannot be given within 30 days of check-in and after 24 hours have passed since booking.

Security camera details: There are security cameras (streaming without sound) located at the following locations: The main entrance of the building (with a view to the street), on the first level near the elevator entrance (with a view of the main entrance), levels 2, 3, and 4 (with a view of the elevator entrances in the corridor), and on the pool level with a view of the dining and pool area. No cameras film inside the apartments.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
