Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "Host were absolutely amazing. We felt like family. Everything was provided that we needed. There are thoughtful items such as a cooler bag for day trips, beach towels, umbrella and chairs, even a rain umbrella. The common area pool and kitchen were always clean. Plenty of towles and linnens. The extra package of flowers champane and charcuterie were perfect and just what we needed after the flight. Miguel and Fany were so welcoming, & gave great reccomendations. All of the garden plants were so beautiful. Fish pond was enjoyable to watch. Light jazz music was a nice touch. 100% Will stay again on next visit."
