I had the special treat of experiencing a homemade Cuban dessert made by her. Once I tasted her papaya dessert, it’s the one I ordered every day as my evening treat. And what a treat it was. This place is an oasis of tranquility, restoration and peace. Once my husband and I arrived on the property, we did not leave until it was time to go home. Mont Carpe Diem is just what my mind, body and soul needed. I cried as I said my goodbyes to a family that poured love into a soul that was depleted.
