"The hotel was built in a very high crime area and drugs and lots of homeless people there's really no restaurants to eat at The hotel don't have inside restaurant streets are very dangerous street parking only no garage please read signs very carefully or you will get tickets or be tow I had to walk three blocks back to the hotel at night because there was no parking anywhere The hotel does need microwave in all rooms it would be very helpful, other than that it's a very beautiful hotel inside just a really bad area that they build it in not show when parking garage will be ready probably next year sometime The breakfast was very delicious good choices all and all the stuff was very very friendly very hopefully I had on my stay 2 young man they was amazing . and there's always fresh coffee in the lobby to drink and please to owners you need security at the hotel desperately.no swimming pool ,do have gym and laundry room."

"The room was fine, the bed comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was Kleenex, but no TP. It took my 25 min waiting in line to be checked in. I was so tired b/c of traveling all day from Europe that I had no energy to complain about it. I don't know if the hotel's understaffed, but I paid $200+ to stay there. "
