Beautiful Winery Stay
This was the perfect place to stay for the night of our wedding in Placerville! It was beautiful to look out at the winery and also felt very welcome from the host. We already can’t wait to plan our staycation in the future! Thank you so much Guy!

Relaxing stay
It was nice to have a break from our hotels and stay in a beautiful area near Apple Hill. The views of the vineyards at rental were lovely and the area is quiet and peaceful but still close to Placerville. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful and unbeatable location
This is by far our favorite property! The location is stunning with unmatched proximity to the winery and tasting room (I mean it's literally right there!), the host is quick and responsive and works hard to make sure the stay is perfect, the house is spotlessly clean and is also decorated nicely but minimally so it doesn't feel cluttered or crowded. We absolutely will be staying again!

Best Property In Apple Hill
This was a stunning property and perfect for our birthday wine tasting weekend! Best part, it was pet friendly for our dog so he was able to join in on all the fun this weekend. Apple hill has always been a yearly tradition but this property made this weekend so special. I hope to stay here again next year. Guy, the property manager was also so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place for a weekend getaway
The house was perfect for a weekend vacation. Clean and well stocked. We enjoyed wine tasting at the winery on the property. There is also a lovely patio overlooking the vineyards for watching the sunset. Close to Placerville and all the Apple Hill activities.

This was the perfect place for our stay with family. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with a fully appointed kitchen. The vineyard beautiful grounds are magnificent. Hope to visit again next year.

Relaxing choice in the foothills
The four of us truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. Grape vine rows at our doorstep. Gorgeous landscapes. A few steps from the winery tasting room, where Linae was a perfect hostess. The home was very well furnished and exceptionally clean. Kitchen supplies met every need. Comfortable beds and more than adequate plush linens. Enjoyed early mornings on the front steps and late afternoon wine enjoyment on the back patio. We’d gladly stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Beautiful & Romantic!
I booked this home for my sister and her now husband for their wedding night. This was close to their venue so very convenient and the house itself was gorgeous. The views from the house were spectacular and although we didn’t get to go to the tasting room, we will absolutely be going back in the future to check it out. They loved their stay and I will definitely keep it in mind for any family/friends that come to stay in the area.

Lovely place to stay
We had a wonderful weekend for my daughters wedding in Placerville. We picked this location to stay because it is perfect for us and our family to stay at, we enjoyed the wines and winery property afterhours and the sunset was amazing. It is right down the street from Smith Flat House restaurant where we ended up have a family dinner party and not too far away from the Placerville downtown area. It does only have one shower in the main bedroom but we managed to make it work :) if we ever have a need to stay in Placerville again we would certainly stay here again!

Love this house!
Between this home rental app and another, I've mentioned in previous reviews that I'd love to stay in other homes again, but this is the only place I've actually stayed in more than once because we genuinely love it so much. This was our second stay here and it was just as good if not better than last time! So clean and classy, well stocked with essentials, and the location is unbeatable if you're planning a stay in Placerville or Apple Hill! I hope to come back again next year!

Great property close to town and apple hills. The property was clean and the staff at the tasting room was very friendly. We loved the outdoor space so we could let our toddler roam around. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore around the area or just relax on site.

Clean home, beautiful vineyard views
The 2 bedroom home was exactly as described. A plus with AC and ceiling fans in the rooms. It exceeded our expectations being super clean and easy check in process. It was great for a weekend getaway in the Fall to visit the orchards and wineries in Applehill. The wine tasting in the tasting room was a plus, and the outdoor premises were perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place!
Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend at the Sierra Banquet Center. My son was having trouble finding a restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. Guy was extremely generous and lent us the Crush Pad where the wine tank equipment sits. This sounds funny, buy it was beautiful by the time he moved tables, chairs and we decorated a bit. He helped us make a difficult situation into a beautiful evening. We really appreciated your help Guy! Thank you so much. It was great as I got wine advice for our dinner and purchased my wine right there at the winery. The tasting room is a few yards away from the house, as well as the gazebo. Morning coffee on the front porch was wonderful overlooking the vineyard. Downtown is 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property on a winery
We were grateful to have stayed here for two weeks while transitioning to our new home. The location was ideal with easy freeway access and a short drive into Placerville for what we needed. The property has lovely views of the winery and the adjacent winery next door. The accomodations were perfect for our family of 4. We had to store a few of our items from out house during our two week stay and there was plenty of space in the Master and large front deck to enjoy the surrounding property. There are two full bedrooms and one has a built in desk for remote work if needed. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and had plenty of space. The Owner was prompt with communication throughout our stay and addressed all questions that came up. The perk of the property is the onsite tasting room and enjoying the delicious wines. The house has a lovely wine rack with bottles for enjoying and a discount is given to guests on purchases. The tasting room is open from 11-5 and guests have access to enjoying the gazebo and tables after hours as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back for a shorter visit in the future.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It was a beautiful place for my wife, dog and I to escape the city for a few days. The vineyard was gorgeous, the beds were super comfy, the house was very clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the wines were delicious. We will definitely come stay again!

Postcard-worthy setting
I can’t say enough good things about this property. Nestled in the rolling hills of El Dorado wine country, the house literally sits a few feet away from the grape vines of Fenton Harriot Vineyard making for a stunning view and peaceful setting. The house itself has all the amenities you could ask for and was quite modern, spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the hammock outside, the master bathroom jacuzzi, and the privacy of using the vineyard’s gazebo after the tasting room closed (fyi - you’re only a 30 second walk to the vineyard’s tasting room). If you need a place to stay in El Dorado County, you need to book this property!

Wonderful Getaway!!!
This home was very clean, beds comfortable, neat large well stock kitchen. (Pots, Dishes, sharp knives, and pans) I would recommend cooking oil and aluminum foil to cover left over. We loved the jacuzzi tub that helped with our aching bodies. We hiked and when to a music festival during are stay. Great water pressure and hot water . A big plus , Nathen's wonderful wine tasting is a few feet from the house. A great variety of wines . I loved glazing at the star from my bed in the evening and sat on the small porch overlooking the vineyards drinking my morning coffee. Not too far from town. Nathan is an excellent host. It was a treat to arrive with a bottle of red wine paired with chocolate cherries. I highly recommend this home for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Peaceful stay among the vines
We stayed here while visiting family during the holidays, and it was a perfect location to relax. Easy access to the freeway and shopping, but the location felt remote. Nathan was an excellent host. It was cold and rainy outside, but the house was warm when we entered and the fireplace made it extra cozy. Even though the tasting room is just up the hill, it was quiet and we had our privacy. You can taste the excellent wine, buy some bottles and some snacks, and be "home" in one minute to enjoy a glass while overlooking rolling hills and vineyards. I appreciate that dogs are welcome, and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Fall Colors
We stayed for 3 nights in early December and the weather couldn't have been better. So nice looking out of the living room windows to see the fall colors and green hills. The home's location is close to downtown Placerville and located in Apple Hill. We looked for a place in Apple Hill that would allow us to bring our little Poodle. This was the first time we stayed in a home located in a vineyard. So nice to have the tasting room just a few steps away and yet far enough away for privacy. We both had a wine tasting flight with Debbie as our hostess. The pavilion was our chosen spot for this. Such a cool building. Debbie showed us how to turn on the lights for nighttime use. Had it not been cold in the evenings it would have been nice. While we brought food to fix, it was great to try some of Debbie's restaurant suggestions. She is a great resource! Nathan was our contact upon our arrival and was very friendly. I had a check out question on our last night and texted Nathan after 8PM. He responded right away. I enjoyed the comfort of the firm mattress in the guest bedroom and my husband loved the softness of the bed in the master bedroom. If you love a soft bed, then head to the master and if firm is your ideal then head to the guest otherwise you may not be happy. We hope to return someday soon. Maybe a different season next.

This was truly a magical experience and really blew our minds. Such a beautiful location, and the house is so clean and totally full of amenities and cooking equipment. We felt very set up for success, even making large meals! The tasting room is literally steps away and the people working are the most kind and wonderful people!
