The Del Monte Lodge Renaissance Rochester Hotel & Spa
The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep.

Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
No elevator and we were on the second floor - room was dirty and clearly not well maintained - the breakfast area was extremely small for the number of rooms in the hotel and not well stocked.
