"I was surprised by the valet chaos. One evening we dropped our car at the valet as is required and our phone app for the car alerted us an hour later that the ignition was still on. We were already ready for bed but the front desk couldn't help by calls so we had to go down and check. It was jam packed full of unparked cars with a short staffed valet service (they told us they need 8 valets!). Second issue was our window faced directly opposite two apartment building balconies so we had zero privacy unless all blinds down. Third minor issue was the whole in room coffee service was located no where near an outlet. There are other hotel choices without these problems."
