"The home is spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all the appliances and utensils you might need. There is a sunny south-facing porch with comfy chairs and a nice den with a gas fireplace. It's very near a Pisgah National Forest entrance and a short drive to the cute little town of Brevard. Lots of outdoor activities (hiking, biking, etc.), good barbecue places, and brewpubs. Asheville is close enough to explore, but far enough (~35 minutes) that you'd probably want to plan to spend your day...
