There was a change in hotel management during our stay. As the new managers were moving into their own accommodations, the main portion of the hotel was closed. This was such a lovely place to stay after having stayed in several soulless hotel rooms. It’s a beautiful house that is wonderfully decorated. My room was spotless and very comfortable.

Very good choice and enjoyed every minute

High class hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Every small detail seems to have been looked at. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but chill air from outside and a fan did it well. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Restaurant for evening meals was excellent from starters to desserts. Staff was helpful and offered service in many languages. Quite professional service, although a bit cold.

This hotel was beautiful! It was a truly luxurious experience, and we had the best sleep of our vacation. The bed was absolutely perfect, soft sheets, perfect pillows and the duvet was the perfect weight. Location couldn't be beat, and if we ever find ourselves back in Andorra, we'll be staying here without question. Awesome stay at this beautiful heritage accommodation in the heart of Pradesh. Eric was very hospitable and was kind to make a restaurant referral complete with staff singing birthday greetings for my 65th. I definitely recommend Hotel Prades

Clean and hospitable

Reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for exploring Andorra. Walkable city, lots of shopping and some food options. Caldera spa is a must.
