Great centrally located apartment to many of the main sites. Clean apartment and true to the pictures! Well air conditioned apartment.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Especially the morning shift. check-in and checkout were very pleasant. The staff were helpful and very respectful. Room was clean and comfortable. The food was OK, not great. I would recommend staying there and finding another place to eat.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Great service and very clean and modern looking. It is in a very safe area. We had no issues. Less than 10 min walk from Sagrada Família. Our room was cleaned every day and they had the mini fridge conveniently stocked up with drinks and snacks. They refilled it every time we took something out. Staff knows multiple languages. We spoke to them in both English and Spanish. Lobby also has a nice seating/waiting area, great for waiting on taxis. Would definitely stay again.

1. No notice of major disturbance At no point during booking, confirmation, or check-in were we told a loud music festival would take place on the property. Heavy metal music began around 6–7 PM. When we asked the front desk, we were told it would end at 11:30 PM; it continued past 2:30 AM. Our sleep was interrupted multiple times by the music. With virtually no sound insulation, there was no escape from the noise. Had we been informed, we would never have booked this property. This felt extremely misleading and disrespectful to guests. 2. Poor cleanliness The nightstand light switches were covered in an unknown substance and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. There were also dirty areas in the toilet room, and the windows were not properly cleaned. 3. Low-quality construction The lack of soundproofing was striking. We could hear elevators, hallway conversations, footsteps, and doors opening and closing throughout the floor. The same poor insulation made the festival music especially unbearable. The bathroom drop-ceiling panels were painted MDF and showed clear signs of water damage and previous leaks, with some panels no longer properly closed or in acceptable condition. The layout is clever and efficient, but the overall experience felt more like staying in a poorly maintained RV than a quality hotel. A very poor reflection of the Marriott brand. I hope the property takes these issues seriously and improves both maintenance and guest communication.
