"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again."

"My room was a little small, but nevertheless a great value. I had to keep in mind that this is Milan - a big city - and close the Central Station. You have to sacrifice a bit on the space, I think, to stay in this location. The Central Station is a five minute walk that provides easy access to destinations by rail far and wide across the peninsula. As well, the Milan Metro is approximately co-located with the rail station, and easily allows you to get around the city with one-time tickets or single or three-day passes. The hotel itself is comfortable, usually quiet, and has a full-featured delicious breakfast priced at about €15/day. For other meals, there are so many restaurants in the area...you will not lack for variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a recommended stay!"

"Scariest experience ever, avoid!! This hotel is a labyrinth, with a residential area only separated by an automatic door. The door open to you, you cross the door and there’s no way to return to the hotel, unless a resident open the gate on the first floor. This is specially scary if you have kids. It happened to me and this issue made me miss my slot to see the Last Supper (the only reason that I was in Milan). I was lucky that a resident was near their window and he was gentle enough to open the gate. The hotel staff was super rude and they said that “I was not supposed to be on that side”.. Well, I was looking for and exit and that door opened automatically, if I wasn’t supposed to be there, the door should have been locked!! Trafficking vibes all over, scary and traumatic.. avoid!"

"Room is very small and it's just enough for 2 pax plus luggage. Bathroom design is very poor due to the glass door used on the bathtub. Shower head condition is very bad as well. Choice of Deco and interior design could be better as the entire building and room walls are all black."
