I must say I have not stayed in a hostel in a long time and was pleasantly surprised; I had 12 hours before a laong haul flight, and this place was perfect for that purpose. I loved how close this was to the station, especially getting in so late and having to leave super early in the AM. Staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. They helped me find a great place to eat nearby and were just pleasant all around. Although hostels are not my jam anymore, I was happy to have stayed here.

This was such an amazing place to stay! The vibes are lovely from the moment you walk in, the staff was so kind and helpful, the location is so conveniently located right next to the train station, and we just appreciated the energy there after having a horrible experience at another location nearby.

Fantastic experience when I checked in. I am in the older age group but she found me a lower bunk although I didn’t ask. (She could tell, well it was 35deg outside) great free family meal then comedy show in evening. Very convenient for Central station and metro. Breakfast not great but only down point. Don’t ignore reviews of the area being unsafe but I’ve seen a lot worse places including home and didn’t ever feel threatened . Thoroughly recommend.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The roof top patio and kitchen were unexpected but greatly appreciated. All the staff were helpful and super friendly. The bar was rocking when we returned from dinner with a karaoke party. We joined for a while and it certainly was fun.

We booked a room on short notice when a train strike forced us to unexpectedly stay in Milan. We were somewhat concerned that it was classified as a hostel - but the room was large with a private bathroom and comfortably accommodated our group of 3. We enjoyed the roof garden and community kitchen and regret we weren't able to make it to the family-style dinner event that was arranged for that evening. The staff were very helpful and prepared a breakfast to go for us when we had to leave in the morning before the regular breakfast. We're sorry we couldn't stay longer - it seemed like a fun place to stay and meet other travelers.

Staff were fairly nice and helpful whenever needed. The room I was staying in was not the cleanest though, not sure what I expected, but it’s not a cheap stay. The rooms also get fairly cold at night and they only provide you with a couple of sheets - one for the mattress and the other as your blanket. On the up side, they have fun activities throughout the week and have plenty of sitting areas all around the property. Overall, I had a good experience, mostly because of the people I met during my stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. Overall ambience is "up-scale, hipster hostel". The location is amazing - walkable from just about anywhere in the city, and close to Metro and trains/buses to multiple airports. The staff very responsive. Even for a family ready for an adventure, it's perfect for a night or two in Milan.

First hostel experience! I felt super safe travelling alone as a female. Coded entrance for elevators and individual rooms. Unlucky to have a loud snorer in the bunk below me but they provided ear plugs in advance. Bring a lock as they have lockers in the room for your belongings. Super happy with my stay right by milani centrale

Great place. Such friendly staff. Literally right around the corner from Milan Centrale. Dinner they offered at night was delicious. Room and bathrooms were clean. Definitely worth the stay.
