« The pool looks like it’s under construction. When i arrived they couldn’t make me a key so I had to be let into my room (very inconvenient) every time I left. Couldn’t leave the private parking without being manually let out also….. super inconvenient. And the private parking was oversold so you couldn’t leave your spot open.Also the elevator was broken the entire time. Lastly I was kept up all night, called security three times for music blasting. Gave up and packed my things at 2 AM. Had to...

« We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! »
