"Booked this hotel after immediately canceling our 3 night stay at Mainstays Cedar Bluff and it was night and day. Place was much cleaner and the staff was very accommodating to us extending an additional night. The hotel room was quiet and the breakfast was delicious with a healthy amount of selections. Only small gripe we had was the firmness of the mattress but that's only because we are side sleepers. Lovely hotel otherwise!"

"Both Hotel rooms had live and dead bugs everywhere. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was actually blowing in from a dryer in a different location. The was significant mold in the bathroom. The bed sheets were filthy. Dirty dog prints were on the mattresses. Dog and human hair were all over the furniture."
