The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. "This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!"

"We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms."

"The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours....

"My wife and our 3 grand kids stayed here for our trip to Kentucky and Tennessee. What an absolute gem, the hosts couldn't be any better!! Easy check in, answered our questions and were extremely prompt!! The rental was more than we could have hoped for as well the hosts. "The home was exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for all to be together or find a nook for reading. The owners were very quick to answer any and all questions. We found an abundance of hikes within a 30-45 minute beautiful car ride at the many state parks. We also enjoyed the kayaks and water slide. I highly recommend this home."

"Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. "Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable property. We stayed one night on our way from FL to MI. We did not get to try the breakfast, as we left at 4:30am, but the layout was very comfortable, and as it is a Marriott property, it's everything you expect from this brand. There are lots of restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart behind the property, so anything you need for a road trip is close by. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area."
