"Our room was only 1/4 of the way clean. The beds were freshly made (we hope!). The floor had NOT been vaccumend. There was even pepperoni on the floor! The entire carpet had clearly not been vaccumend, there was still trash in the trash cans. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped. I hope the shower had been cleaned.. not sure. There was no shampoo, it had been broken off of he wall. The body wash was also off of the wall, but it was on the floor. I can only assume the previous guests took the shampoo with them. There was dust so thick on the shelves where the towels are stored you could literally write your name in it. The clerk was going to put us in a different room, but it would not have been the same as what we had booked. It would have been much smaller, we wanted the suite not the handicap room she was offering us. The elevator was not working. So, we had to carry all of luggage up two flights of stairs. Apparently it's not been working for nearly a YEAR!!! How is this acceptable??? Let's talk about the NOISE!! I love kids, trust me I do! But, it's clearly posted when the quite hours are. Let's make all of those softball girls be quiet! They don't need to RUN REPEATEDLY down that hall when people are trying to sleep! Or put all of them on the 1st floor and everyone else on the upper floors. We don't want to hear them overhead running!!! It was ridiculous!!"
