"Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi clean and wonderful! Room was clean and full size fridge was a plus. The beds were unusual kind of like a mattress stuffed with jello."

"The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. "

"Yes, the host was welcoming. All good except the washer didn't work to wash towels as there were not enough towels for 8 adults and 4 children. But my husband called about the washer and a guy came by quickly and brought towels until he could get washer fixed. We did enjoy the house. Next time I just need a bigger house with more seating, but thats on me. "

"Easy check in. Andy was very easy to reach and text. Replies right away. The house is beautiful, nice decor, extremely well stocked with everything. Love the blender for making our frozen strawberry daiquiris. There is no ice maker so bring a bag of ice. The fireplace kept the four of us warm and cozy. We did have an issue with the fireplace but Andy called us and walked us through it. The house was on a peaceful quiet street... didn't see one person the entire stay. The chalet was the only house with lights on. The hot tub was amazing. It's big and perfect for relaxing. Great jets and fountains with changing lights. It was fun to sit back and enjoy watching the snow through the steam lol. There was a cute bunny we saw that was the extent of the wildlife. We took a walk to the little creek behind the house and followed what we determine where bobcat tracks in the snow lol.We wanted snow and we got it! It snowed the 4 days we were there. On our last day there, we woke up to a steady wet snow. It was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed one more day to do nothing but watch it while enjoying the warm fire.Getting out of town to drive back to Sun Lakes, the roads were icy and slippery even with 4 wheel drive. All in all, it was a great stay. Other reviews are spot on. Book your stay now, you won't regret it!"
