Peace and quiet far away from anything busy combined with high-end living. This newer and spacious cabin is located on a secluded lot inside the exclusive community of Hidden Meadow Ranch, the most prestigious private ranch community of the White Mountains of Arizona. The lot overlooks a lake and lush green mountains and borders millions of acres of beautiful national forest land full of wildlife, pine trees and crisp clean air. The area is so secluded that it is common to see elk and other wildlife feeding in the meadow or swimming in the pond on an early morning. The tap water in the cabin comes from a community well and is BETTER than bottled water! This cabin has all of the luxury amenities expected with a high-end home yet is casual enough to accommodate large families with children. This is simply the most gorgeous land in all of Arizona and you will not be disappointed! Although the cabin is located within Hidden Meadow Ranch, community amenities including access to horses and fishing is reserved for members only and not available for guests of members. As mentioned above, the cabin was built and designed to accommodate the owner's large family, but we limit the amount of guests to 15 total. The cabin is two stories with two bedrooms upstairs (along with a large loft / game room) and 3 bedrooms downstairs including the Master Bedroom. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty large. Each bedroom has a queen sized foam mattress under the bed which could easily accommodate young children sleeping on the floor if needed. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The first floor of the cabin also includes a spacious kitchen, dining room and living area. There is also a half bathroom, computer area and a laundry room. The living room / dining room has excellent window views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The cabin also has a two-car garage and other cemented areas for multiple cars. As seen in the photos, there is a large play area for children with multiple swings and a large Ramada. The Ramada is owned with the adjoining property owner and can be rented for $30/day extra. The Ramada has a 2 BBQ grills, an outdoor sink and has more than enough room to seat everyone. This is perfect for outdoor eating during the summer months. The Ramada is not available during the winter months. The property sits next to a pond which provides an amazing view. As mentioned above, the pond is private and not available for fishing or other uses. However, there are several public fishing options in the general Greer area including Canero lake which is only a few miles away. The cabin is ONLY 15 miles (30 min drive) from the turn-off to Sunrise Ski Resort on highway 260\. Dining room table sat 14 of us comfortably with room to spare. Game room was great and utilized often. Younger kids loved the swing set area. Jeff was easy to communicate with. Borders the National Forrest with beautiful walking trails. The outside grounds are not nearly as pristine or kept up as the photos make it out to be, but with the beautiful views we didn’t mind much. Community rules are strict. Community doesn’t approve of renters but this cabin is grandfathered in so they’ve restricted renters from doing anything in the community, even approaching the pond in the backyard, which was a disappointment for us all. No fire pit. Overall the positives far out weighed the negatives. We had a blast and Jeff was more than accommodating with directions or any help we may need during our stay. ##### MamaJak L. Plenty of room to spread out with 9 adults. The huge dining table was awesome. The setting was amazing. Tranquil. Be prepared for 20+ minutes of rough gravel driving from the highway to the cabin. Once there, it is beautiful - yet limiting to stay just in the cabin on property. No trail access or walking on the street. In contrast to other reviews, we found the kitchen to be well stocked with utensils, equipment, & appliances (pleasant surprise). The kitchen needed more organization and cleaning before our arriving (mainly the cupboards). The cabin was primarily clean - especially the bathrooms. The ramada grills were old & had two heat settings: ON & OFF. Thankful grilling was available. A couple mechanical issues came up during the stay that we reported to the owner. The fireplace in the living room did not work. We were asked to google the instructions, which was time consuming. We concluded the remote box was inactive. The washing machine, too, stopped working. When we contacted the owner/manager, he apologized that he hadn't replaced it before our stay, knowing it was not working. Unfortunately, our clothes were locked inside in much water. After googling how to clear the error code, we retrieved our clothes, wrung them out & bailed water from the washer. Given the remoteness of the cabin, not much the owner can do with issues arising. Beautiful for star gazing! Other than these issues, our stay was very, very nice. ##### Chad S. The amenities are amazing but most of them restricted for use. Everyone wants to BBQ but it is restricted and the seating is outdated and damaged. Several things are in need of repair and for the rate should be in working order. Communication was excellent. There's an HOA, which limits usage of the amenities, but that's made clear prior to booking so you know what you can/can't do. The Cabin is Huge and Beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The pictures don't do it justice. The property rep was very nice and helpful answering any questions when we arrived. The owner Jeff was also very nice and very quick to respond to any questions I texted him. If you are looking for a spacious lodge like cabin for a big family or group of friends this is the place. Each bedroom is it's own master suite and the living area, kitchen, and upstairs entertainment area are plenty big for all to enjoy. This place made our family Christmas one to remember. ##### Todd T.
