"We have stayed in all manner of hotels, but this was our first Vrbo experience. Phyllis was a kind, attentive and gracious host. She reached out ahead of our stay and asked about our preferences, and if we had any questions about the rental or the area. She came out to greet us in person upon our arrival. And throughout our trip, she answered questions and provided supplies to make our stay more comfortable. The cottage was very charming, and well-appointed. Phyllis had an abundance of kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. We were there for 10 days, and with one or two minor exceptions that were easily remedied, we lacked for nothing. Comfort-wise, it's a rustic, "studio w/ loft"-style cottage with a metal roof, a full kitchen, dining table, and a beautiful private outdoor space with a grill and plenty of room to relax. It was, for the most part, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you go into the experience with realistic expectations, you should have an enjoyable time."
