"This place is amazing from the directions to get there until exiting your stay. I forgot to inform the staff that I have a fear of heights so they would not book me for a room that was high up. As soon as I arrived the young lady at the desk accommodated me and my family immediately. I wish I had remembered her name but the entire front desk staff was awesome. Our room was super clean, the food was super delicious and the grandkids had a super time. This place is definitely for kids first but the grown ups have just as much fun. Take your time and tour the entire building. If you want a quick getaway that involves water and relaxation, Great Wolf Lodge will definitely do that for you. Have a card handy though because they do not take cash anywhere. Maybe a couple of cards. We will be back soon."
