« We are in love with Miner's Cabin! At first, it was a little disorienting for us because it was a new area of Placerville that we hadn't experienced. However, it just took about 2 seconds and we fell head over heels. The property is meticulous and the hosts are accommodating yet allow you all the space you need to feel like you're home. The horses and the chickens, are great, but the special little sitting areas and the water lily pond felt like heaven. We can't wait to go back. »

« Sadly, our trip was disrupted by the fires with heavy smoke in the area and Lassen NP closed on the day of our arrival, which was why we came to the area. So we had to leave next morning due to smoke and poor air quality and didn't get to check out the town or area at all. Tanya, the property manager, was responsive and helpful in facilitating communication with the owner, Nicholas. »

« We may find a reason to visit Auburn just to return to this cabin. It was so relaxing to enjoy the nature from the beautiful deck. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the toilet seat. The finish is rubbing off and it was a little off putting. It's not an expensive change but would make a big difference. Highly recommend this rental! »
