Host was very accommodating with late checkout since there was no reservation the night after we left, so we could come back from the Diamond crater and wash up before leaving. Appreciated the screens for sifting, so we saved on rentals. Wrote our family name up on the chalkboard, such a homey touch! »

« Sami is wonderful, very accessible and had a welcome basket full of goodies and homemade cookies. We actually switched to another condo with very similar style and layout, just without the outside stairs. That condo was clean and very comfortable. This is the 4th home that we've rented around the US, and this was the most supplied. Most everything you could need, including paper towels, t.p., and laundry detergent was more than sufficient for our stay. The wooded view from the deck, and deer...

« For the most part was good but the kitchen was poorly stocked and the A/C barely worked. Decent location but definitely not walking distance to the marina as promised. Lots of room in the condo just a bit under stocked with amenities, and the grill was almost unuseable »

« Loved everything about our stay at the Treehouse! Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. More than enough seating room in the family room. And hello, heavenly pillows in the master bedroom!! Outside of checking all the boxes for the basics, our hosts had a great welcome basket with all kinds of snacks and homemade cookies!! When I saw the UT Orange walls in the online pictures, I wasn’t sure - but the cool and unique artwork all of the condo gave it a fun, great vibe....

« Cabin was wonderful, clean, comfortable beds, and all the furnishings you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect near the end of the road so vey little traffic. Easy access to the lake where we parked our boat. We also enjoyed the tennis court. »

« My family and I have stayed in countless condos at Mountain Harbor and this one was such a fabulous experience, we booked it twice. Misty is fabulous, she is attentive to detail & quick to respond. She left balloons since I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. The little details matter. Misty provides all the little things you might forget. The house is stocked well enough to cook meals. Advice: get groceries before staying at mountain harbor so you can just enjoy your trip and not have to...

« This place looks exactly as shown on VRBO. Was what we needed for the weekend that we had planned. Dawn to dusk on the lake, a place to lay our head at night. Communication with owner was great. Check-in was super easy and fast too. If you are going to be spending much time in the condo, I’d advise the following:If you aren’t a flat pillow person, bring your own. We put two together and ended up being very comfortable. Ask ahead how to use the thermostat. We got in late and didn’t want to bother...
