« Beth was wonderful, she is a sweet lady. Our room was spotless, cool, and the bed was comfy. There is lots of great photo opportunities. The teepee is a cool feature and although we did not have our little one with us this trip she would have loved it very kid friendly. Highly recomend staying here. »

« Our room was very clean! We had service to our room every day. The breakfast was adequate nothing fancy but definitely fit the bill for the price. I would recommend this to anyone going to the crater diamond park. It was close and convenient. It’s a very small town, but it has a couple decent restaurants. I would recommend it to anybody. »

« This was the absolute dirtiest nastiest filthiest hotel I ever seen or stayed in in my entire life. They need to share this place down and start over. The staff sucks. They’re unhelpful the room was so nasty. We had to go and buy cleaning products and thoroughly clean the room before we could even stay in there my cousin’s room had pubic hair and six remains left in her bed completely unacceptable and disgusting. It look like 1 million years worth of gunk stacked up and stuck onto the wall...

« Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice. »

« Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood. »

« A few inconveniences, lack of prep/readiness from host, cabin was nice and peaceful just a couple amenities that are listed as provided were missing (bath tissue, coffee, prior guests account was still in use on tv) Hosts did cover cost of dinner for having to finish 2 loads of sheets and towels and make the bed. Friendly hosts, nice and peaceful cabin, just lack of preparation. »

« Clean, nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials and then some. Property is situated near a small creek that is nice for exploring. Close to Crater of Diamonds park and town. »

« Everything was as described . Owner and staff are attentive to all needs . It was the perfect location for my teenage daughter and myself to explore Arkansas and the nature immediately surrounding the cabin .The Air conditioning worked well. Tools and buckets supplied were extremely helpful. There were frogs and toads in abundance . We had zero issues with any biting insects . The game room served as special bonus .. Fabulous place and would definitely stay again »
