We enjoyed the location as it was central to the activities we were interested in at Pigeon Forge(antique shops and Dollywood). The property was the perfect size for 3 adults, and it was very clean with easy access.

Good Experience

We property was great and nice views all around! The only thing we didn’t care for was the unit attached was smoking weed and the smell came through the vents in the back bedroom, which is not the fault of the owners, but not a pleasant smell. Other than that it was great 😊 We enjoyed our stay and it was very clean and well stocked!

Spiders and yellow jackets everywhere

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my many years of vacationing. Infestations everywhere, sinks backing up, doors stuck and you have to have help forcing it open and close. WiFi is so bad, they might as well not have it. This is definitely not a place I would ever want to come back to 👎

The outside and surrounding area is not to be desired at all. Once inside, the unit was somewhat clean. Outside porch was not and could not be enjoyed with lack of proper seating and cobwebs/spiders everywhere.

Nice condo, needs a thorough cleaning

Condo was renovated fairly recently. It was nicely done. However, it is not being well cleaned. Walls were smudged, high touch areas were filthy and baseboards extremely dusty. There were pills under beds. The dryer filter was a fire waiting to happen. And I feel, while a jetted tub advertises well, there wasn’t enough hot water for all of us to shower so I know it couldn’t be filled. And, showering in the jetted tub was a fall hazard. A regular tub and shower would be better. Water pressure is terrible. And the pool was nasty. I realize the condo owner doesn’t have control over that, but it was a big factor in our decision to stay at the property and my kids were disappointed. And, the final thing. I know that it was stated that the wifi wasn’t good, however, there’s zero reason that there isn’t good wifi in the condo. That needs to be fixed asap. We couldn’t even check email.

Lots of spiders and webs everywhere. Huge yellow jacket nest on the balcony. Couldn’t even enjoy any time on the balcony because of the spiders and yellow jackets. Parking is horrible. There was no parking for handicap persons. There was ONE parking spot for handicap and there was a car parked there the whole weekend we were there. I am a disabled veteran and I had to walk across 2 parking lots to get to my condo. Front door handle was hanging loose and damn near falling off. Sinks backing up and rooms are so hot. They won’t let you adjust the thermostat to cool the condo, so they give you fans in each room. That’s ridiculous!! This is definitely not a place I would return to and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone in good conscience. Very poor quality 👎👎

We enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to attractions- mini golf and using the river walk to access The Island. The internet was spotty at times, but we anticipated that as it was communicated clearly. We never felt cramped in the space and would definitely book again if we head back to the area.

Nice rental

Overall everything was good. Beds, furniture were clean and comfortable. Some scuffs on bathroom walls. A grab handle for the master shower would make it easier to get in and out. The toilets in both bathrooms need to be replaced. I think they are the lowest to the floor i have ever seen. Probably explains the scuffs on the walls, people trying to get off the floor / toilet. If not replacing the toilets then add some grab handles for older folks. Would i stay there again? Yes i think i would. The location is great and other than the toilet height being a issue the rental was nice.

Great location

There were only 5 towels in this unit..had to wash them daily. Outside deck furniture was not usable. Not sure what the problem was with the water..a couple of nights the toilets wouldn't fill and barely a trickle in the sinks.

The room was very spacious.

The room was very spacious and had enough dishes for cooking, however, it lacked some cleaning. There were old candy rappers under the beds. Hair in the drawers of the dresser in the master suite. The other king mattress had stains on it so we flipped it over. There wasn’t enough towels for 6 people and no shower mats. The shower curtain in the spare bedroom was way to short so water would get everywhere when you would take a shower and the water pressure was not good AT ALL. I don’t vacation to clean. We had keep the floor mopped up. Other than that, it was peaceful and roomy.
