"We had an amazing week at Villa Alfresco - the property was amazing, especially the pool. Guiseppe the property manager was a star - he cooked for us three times and it was delicious and helped us with everything we needed. The area is also spectacular - the medeival town nearby is charming and full of great options and the house provides a good jumping off point to explore tuscany."

"We specifically chose this place for the hot tub and sauna/steam room. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there they said they could drain the water and replace but wouldn’t be ready for two days because it has to have time to warm up. Not sure why this wasn’t done ahead of time instead of it just sitting there. We were going to be checked out before it was fixed so we were sol. The A/C in master room was broken and I contacted host with no answer. Called support and they advised me...

"Leider entsprechen Bilder und Beschreibung nicht dem vorgefundenen Zustand. Das Argritourismo war geschlossen, daher auch kein Verkauf eigener bäuerlicher Produkte, keine Bewirtung. Zustand des Pools bei Ankunft mangelhaft, besserte sich nach ein paar Tagen. Wellnessbereich und Sauna geschlossen. Gartenbereiche stellenweise ungepflegt. Zu wenig Sonnenschirme in der Anlage. Grill fehlt an der FeWo. Duschbrause defekt. Bad für 4 Personen zu klein. Reiseleit./Schlüsselüber. bei Ankunft unzureichend"
