« This property was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Everything was new and very nice -couldn't have asked for better.My only complaint was the location and the sound of the trains very early in the morning. I'm a light sleeper so affected me more than maybe the average person. But, it's close to all the downtown stuff in Puyallup so that's an advantage. »

« Comfortable, upscale, private, easy to access. My family of 4 had a great stay here while visiting Mt. Ranier. We are frequent travelers and have high standards. The only thing that wasn't great was the quality of the bed pillows--if you are particular, bring your own. Everything else from the furniture to the kitchen to the hot tub and the games provided were excellent! »

« Our cabin stay at the cozy black bear retreat was FABULOUS! The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. K-cups, water, cozy bath robes and Roku TV. The host was quick to respond when I had the old code upon arrival. The views were breathtaking. She even had train maps and local restaurant menus. Can't wait to go back! »

« Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

« This place was very nice. Had everything we needed. Even a few spices. We did bring some of our own as well. Cozy and comfortable. Just right for two to four people. The host communicated well with us and even left a bottle of wine and some hot cocoa to enjoy. Being able to do laundry was a plus. She even left makeup wipes for the ladies. Lots of personal touches. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Would recommend for sure. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Was a perfect place to spend for...

« The house was adorable on the inside and had everything we needed. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of some safety issues with the stairs. The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. The 2 sets of steps leading from the kitchen and dining room into the living room are scary too. The second step is short and the edge is curved making it...

« Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, Very well stocked with some quaint touches. Near Dash Point Beach and Park. The only problem was the dryer not working, but we did not need it this trip. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area. The Host was a great communicator and we had no problems upon arrival or departure. »

"L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises."
