« My adult daughters and I planned a week long vacation. We truly enjoyed the cottage and can only describe it as a tranquil retreat. It was immaculately clean. The layout was perfect to come together and visit while enjoying the view of picturesque grounds that were beautifully landscaped. We had everything we could possibly need from the kitchen to the bath. The owner was an absolute delight and made sure to make us feel welcome. »

« Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

« The host communicated often and got us in early. A hand written note with all our needs met for the entire trip, I never had to call for any issues. The only issue I had was I didn’t book it for the entire trip. It was perfect, when I plan my next trip to Seattle it will depend on the vacancy of this rental. »

« This was such a cute, private and serene place to stay in a very safe area. The owner Ed was very responsive and a great communicator. We stayed for four nights as we were in town for a music event and a family birthday. This property is beautiful and was as described. We were sad to leave and our fur babies also loved it.
