Nice size rooms, with plenty of storage for clothes. Staff is very kind, and welcoming. The cats Leo and Singha are friendly, and nice to be around. Short walk from many delicious restaurants, and close to Sinbi Muay Thai. As well as several other gyms.

Location is about 200m away from the main road so it was peaceful and quiet. Room was clean enough however there were lots of millipedes crawling in my room. TV was faulty but the receptionist arranged for it to be replaced after 2 days. Great customer service! Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rawai!

I checked in late, the toilet were derit to the fact that i had to clean other people's tissue papers. the girl at the front desk saw it, she was not willing to clean it saying "tomorrow morning" with not the best english and said that there were no other room, the hot water also didnt work. the next morning I discused with the manager who "allowed me to leave with chraging me" as there were no other rooms, but instade of apologise he just said that it was wierd.. anyhow, I later found out that he charged me for the one night even tho the toilet was derity, saying that it was we discussed which is not. not cool, not cool at all. Went to stay at the near by Z & Z resort , nice rooms, clean and friendly staff, highly recommend.

Place is good and the staff is lovely, but there's something I didn't like, which is asking for deposit when: 1. It wasn't said on the booking process 2. It's an old way to work which almost nowhere is still used 3. I felt not well received, since the first feeling you have is "give me your money in case you do something wrong". I felt like I wanted to leave honestly, maybe I'm too sensitive but I really think you should stop asking for deposit. About the stay, I probably didn't get the best room, I got one at the ground floor, but honestly no complaints about that, since I booked last minute, in high season and for only one night. Room accomplished with the expectations.

Great hotel with amazing service

I stayed here for a month, a very nice hotel with incredible service! I can really recommend this hotel if you want a calm and quiet area. You can rent a motorbike on the hotel to see more of Rawai and to get to the beach easy if you don't want to realax at the pool. There's one beach "Hat Nai Han" that are only ten minutes away from the hotel by motorbike. A really nice and calm beach with nice sand and less people. The room was great. Daily cleaning, a great balcony and a lot of space. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking your own food. A large fridge with a minibar as well. The shower was huge and of course with rainshower function if you like that. The only thing i can complain about was the bed, not as comfortable as my own but definitly okay. The manager Tim always had a smile on his face and was so helpful! If you liked to go on trips Tim had a lot of good tips and brochures too make you visit the best in Rawai. All the employees were very kind! If i'm going back to Rawai I'll definitely coming back to this hotel (as i did when I left Rawai one week for Bali)!

Super établissement très bon accueil de Tim ainsi que des filles de l'accueil très gentilles et très jolies en plus. Juste dommage de ne pas pouvoir accéder à la terrasse sur le toit juste pour prendre un verre au soleil. Sinon très bon hôtel très calme. Merci à toute l'équipe. Alain. Et une caresse à Leo et Shinga que nous avions tous les soirs avec nous sur la terrasse.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für den Strand braucht man das Moped. Der Weg ist auch für Unerfahrene gut zu bewältigen. Wir hatten das Penthouse-Apartment und haben den Blick von der Dachterrasse, die über den gemeinschaftlicher Flur erreichbar ist, sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist ebenso wie das gesamte Haus in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, das uns Tim, der Hotelmanager, bei der Organisation unserer Ausflüge gut unterstützt hat und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand. Vielen Dank dafür.

Just enough of what you need at a great price!

The budget room is small but just enough and it opens up to a communal patio in the back. The bathroom shower w/soap & 2 towels. The double bed was fine, room comes with free water and a mini fridge and some snacks you can pay for. There is an in room safe and tv with some channels. They have room service from the kitchen downstairs & The pool is nice. Best price in the area as I was training at Sinbi.

Clean, modern and great value

Great hotel in a quiet residential street, not far from local restaurants and a short drive to the beach. For the price I paid (£23 per night) this hotel was great value. Kept to a high standard of decoration and cleanliness. Tim the manager was very friendly and welcoming. They also provided a handy guide to the local area. A couple of minor errors with house keeping, but quickly remedied. Pool is lovely, although no space to sit around it. Definitely recommend 👌

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful seventeen days at this superb hotel. I was greeted warmly by all the staff especially Tim the manager. He is very knowledgeable, always has a smile on his face and is always on hand to provide any information you may require. Nothing was too hard and they all made me feel welcome. I had an apartment which was huge and the shower and other facilities were amazing. The bed was more than comfortable for me. The pool was also a welcome getaway from the heat Its located close to everything and barely a ten minute ride to Rawai beach and other local attractions. Many restaurants can be also found extremely close to the hotel. Overall a fantastic experience in a wonderful hotel and with more rooms being built now. 10 out of 10 from me.
