Nice House. Clean. listing was just what was there! Only problem, not the owners problem, was communicating outside of Vrbo. If you have ATT then you signal is weak and you cant get your message, In this case it was the house code.

Happy at Watson Lane

Just returned from 2 weeks in the desert. Been doing this 9-10 years with 3 other guys - all 70 somethings. Place on W. Watson Lane in Surprise might have been best place yet. 4 bedroom house clean, roomy, with great outside bbq/ pool area. Liked everything about it, including kitchen & bath supplies and location. Owner was great to correspond with.

So nice we didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at this wonderful house while visiting family in the area. It was a perfect place for all of us to stay together. The hosts went the extra mile, with the softest area rugs and mats throughout the house. We used the kitchen and grill, enjoying cooking meals together. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. We were able to watch movies, play board games around the dining room table, and enjoy the pool. The beds were comfortable and we were able to use their washer and dryer before our return flight home. We would definitely consider returning on our next visit.

Beautiful home with plenty of space

Was a perfect place for our stay. Plenty of space. Outside space was beautiful. House was in a nice neighborhood and felt very safe. House was clean and had everything we needed. Will stay here again when we come to Arizona.

Great Family Home

The house is in a great location, was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The pool was too cold for us to use (end of March) but the backyard was very pretty and pleasant to be in.

Fantastic Property- Very roomy!

Our family rented this property for 3 weeks and can’t say enough about how great the property accommodated us. The split bedroom arrangement worked well for those who liked to sleep in late. Lots of spaces for everyone to do their thing. The back yard is a hidden gem. Again, spacious with room for everyone. I look forward to coming back!

Fabulous Property!

My brother and I stayed here while visiting our mom in memory care. It was the perfect place to come home and unwind as well as doing a bit of work in the evenings. Oh...and beds are super comfy! 🙂

Great Spot
