There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through May 31st. Pool will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature). Enjoy the pergola patio, 2 lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Grill up some burgers on the BBQ grill and after a long busy day take a dip in the pool. It really doesn’t get any better than this. House is very comfortable with many updates; with the heat-wave the area was experiencing, the pool was a delight; all the amenities you could ask for; great quiet area; central; walking distance to Starbucks. This was the perfect spot to use as our home base for the week. Everything is very close, shopping, airport, etc. Quiet neighborhood and street.
