Our well-equipped space has everything you need to have your family feeling at home away from home in no time. This newly remodeled home features a luxurious heated pool and spectacular backyard amenities including a spacious large deck with shaded pergola, artificial turf area with lawn games, outdoor dining and lounge area featuring a fire pit - perfect for enjoying a beverage and great conversation. You\`ll find the interior of the home to be sparkling clean and retreat-like with thoughtfully designed spaces, brightly lit rooms, and convenient amenities for even the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits for you to cook and enjoy any meal you wish. The decor is contemporary, comfortable, and inviting. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. With three bedrooms and 3 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6-8 people and we\`ve included dedicated work space for those working remotely. Heated pool available for an additional $85/day Our guests will have full and exclusive private access to the entire property. We are always available via phone or message should you need anything during your stay. We are also local to the area for emergencies. In Old Town Scottsdale, you aren’t required to gallop across wide swaths of desert to get from one point to the next. All parts of Old Town – the historic district, art gallery district, the shopping district, the entertainment districts and all the goodies in-between – are all near each other, and walkable or a short taxi/uber/lift ride away. For those driving or renting a car, this unit has ample street and driveway parking available. TPT License #21471046, suitable for 6 adult guests and their dependent children. We ask that children and minors under 18 not to be left unattended on property. We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the property. Disconnecting or misusing the pool hose vacuum may lead to damage and affect the pool\`s functionality.
