Desert Vacation Home in Goodyear, Arizona

This beautiful two level home is located in Goodyear Palm Valley area approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, just 5 minutes off of Interstate 10. The cleaning fee maybe refundable if left ready for next guests. Short stays(less than 5 days) may not be expected more than 45 days advance. The Goodyear STR license # STR0000245 is active.

The home has 4 bedrooms; 2 separate master suites with king beds, 2 bedrooms with a queen and single bed. The home also has a large kitchen/great room with an island/bar, and a dinette that seats 6. There is a community pool (not heated in winter) and activity center which may not be available for short stays. About one week prior to arrival I will send additional information.

Located in Palm Valley overlooking the golf course with mountain views. There are 2 golf courses in Palm Valley and many more less than 30 minutes away. This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway and several Spring Training Facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Kansas City Royals, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds). It is also only 15 minutes from Glendale, home of the Phoenix Cardinals. You can also just relax at the house on the covered patio.

Overrated

The 4.5 rating for this house should be more like 2.5, at best! The house is very big with2 very large bed rooms, etc but it was not clean, the carpet is stained in many spots and should be replaced.we could also see it had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The kitchen has a lot of old pans but nonen of them of good quality. The bbq grill was cheap and dirty so we decided to cook the steaks on the stove. This house needs some love. Mediocre at best!

Very wonderful for a family reunion! Close to everything. Roomy beautiful home! Able to park inside! parking for 3 cars in the driveway! Carpets were stained, which lowered the cleanliness score, but the bathrooms and floors were very clean, linens and towels clean! The pet friendly place was perfect for our small dog, and the walled yard kept her safe! Dishwasher worked well, as we were cooking for a week there. Communication with the owner was easy, and we had a great stay.

Great location for all things Phoenix, 2 master suites was a nice touch. Comfortable beds. We were in town for Nascar and was an easy trip to and from the track. The house is in a nice neighborhood and backed up to a golf course. Very nice view. We would definitely stay again if ever in town .

Unfortunately, the home was not in a clean or acceptable state.•The floors were extremely dirty, leaving a black residue on our feet after only minimal walking around.•The bedding appeared stained and did not look or feel freshly laundered. We even saw a bug in one of the beds that my child was sleeping in. Hope it wasn’t a bedbug. •The kitchen was overrun with ants, which made it difficult to use the space comfortably. Crickets even in the kitchen?•None of the bathrooms were stocked with towels—not even hand towels. Also found a massive roach in the master restroom.•Two bathrooms had completely empty soap dispensers.Pretty sure nobody cleans this place. Communication with owner is okay. Not much information on how to get on the WiFi. You’ll need to contact the owner or search for the fine print.

Never again DIRTY

After checking into this filthy home with hair balls in bed sheets, dead cockroaches in living room, dried dog poop in carpet. Did not stay even 2 hours and had to leave to find a hotel on a holiday weekend. VRBO tells me to request a refund from host but Thomas does not reply at all, see similar reviews with this home, save yourself the time and book elsewhere. Very poor communication.

We had family in town for the holiday and needed more space to host. It was great having so much space and we really utilized the kitchen! It was well stocked and spacious.
