There were two women at the counter when we çhecked in. The one checking us in had zero personality, not friendly or welcoming at all. She acted like it was a bother to be there. The other one said nothing, kept her head down and made no eye contact. Neither of these should be the first contact with the public.

The hotel was very nice but they lock the front entrance doors so you have to call to get in very annoying if you didn’t remember your key card
