The water never got to a comfortable temperature. It was cold the whole stay, we are from Canada and that was definitely a polar plunge pool. We went during the USA CAN hockey game and had a night planned to watch the game at the house before heading out. Projector bulb is so dim you cant use it. No other TVS in the house. Yard games and weight area was such an appealing sell. All decrepit. We had the max number of guests the house allows. Knowing there was a blowup bed. It had a hole in it and in a place that was not repairable. We have guests essentailly sleeping on the floor some nights. Overall the house is did what we needed it to do, near old town, great neighborhood, but it needs some major investment. ##### Andrew B.
