Horrible stat overall. The manager did take care of the night we stayed because of how many things were not up to par which I appreciated but it is not somewhere I’d recommend staying.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North
The stay was horrible. When I checked in I went to my room and I opened the curtains and saw something moving out of my peripheral and it was a bug crawling on one of the beds. I screamed ran to get tissue and against my own will I killed the bug. Absolutely disgusting.

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
The room smelled pretty musty and in room dining needs improvement. The fries weren’t very warm when they came and the food was pretty small for what we paid. That may just be standard with resort. We added the $30 breakfast on and I liked that! The buffet was pretty good. Also, the pool cafe closes ...

Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Front desk staff was nice and the location was convenient, but the hotel could do some updating. No one ever responded to our hotel communication text messages or answered the phone. The artificial smell that they piped into the main areas was pretty strong.

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Room was nasty , smelled like bleach. Door was broken. Number on door was also broken . Resort was run down. Needs major upgrades.
