« The Lighthouse Assistant House #4 was a fantastic vacation home for a family. The house is very clean and roomy. The kitchen is very well-equipped which makes for easy family meal prep. The house is in an ideal location for whale watching and hiking as well beautiful scenery for photography. There is lots to do for the whole family. A great place for a get-a-way for the family. The hosts are very responsive, with an easy check-in process. I highly recommend. »

« Spectacular view awesome deck loved the firepit and the ramp to the front door as seniors and a senior fur baby that was wonderful. Would have been helpful if there was a manual for the tv and the heater as seniors some of us are not tech savvy. »

« The property was great, exactly as advertised, view is spectacular. And thank goodness for the wind-sheltered back patio with bbq, because I'm guessing our 3-day stay was one of the windier stretches of the summer. (as luck would have it, not a wind-wave on the ocean this morning when we left). All in all, we had a great time, thank you! »

« We rent a lot of CA beach houses in our travels & this is one of our favorites after just spending five days there. Great location, stunning views, clean, well furnished & stocked, good hot tub & nice remodel. One suggestive criticism would be to spruce up the yard which is pretty but needs some TLC. Norm »

« Hard to add to the other reviews other than to say that we agree 100% with the consensus that this is an exceptional and unique property and we dearly hope we can return for. more family adventure.The location and design are exquisite. It is hard to overstate how remarkable the two primary bedrooms both are: each has its advantages. « Beautiful surroundings, very nice and very clean house. The hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower is a dream combo, we loved it. Nothing like soaking under a sky full of stars! The house is peaceful and quiet, and convenient to both Mendo/Ft Bragg, and outdoor activities. Owner was communicative and helpful.We enjoyed our stay very much. One important caution: we can't give 5 stars, because the back yard is not as securely fenced as advertised; our dogs got out several times. If your dog is not...
