"My reservation was guaranteed for 3:00 PM check-in. I arrived at 3:15 PM and my room was not ready. While one of the desk clerks was very apologetic, I had to wait until 3:40 before my room was ready; that is not acceptable. It really is a bare bones hotel where the only amenity is a coffee machine in the lobby. While the price point is modest, I will never stay there again."

"This property is in a great area of town, walkable to all the great restaurants in Rittenhouse Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, this property is very dated. There were stains on both the sofa and the carpet. The Starbucks doesn't open until 6:30 and closes early. The bar/restaurant looked dirty. We were up early on a Friday morning and there were dirty wine glasses and empty wine bottles on the bar. Would not stay here again."

"Really needs a little more care for the day to day stuff. First day was good, and I don't need daily servicing, but the small requests we had were mostly ignored and we were given options that were more work or more cost to us. No clean towels to swap? No way."
