This stunning, beautifully furnished, newly renovated 2/1 Loft unit sits in one of the most desirable districts of Philadelphia. The charming area of Old City! Step right outside to some of the most amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and sites that Philly has to offer. Unit comes with three queen sized beds as well as two aero-beds and comfortably sleeps 8 people! It also comes with every amenity needed for your short or long term stay. Just bring your toothbrush!

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.  
  
Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.  
  
QUIET HOURS:  
  
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.  
  
OTHER HOUSE RULES:

❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction  
  
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit

🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home  
  
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay  
  
⚠️ Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected through Airbnb.

The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice, although we did not utilize it. The bathroom could use a shelf for storing toiletries, and towel racks would be nice for both the shower and hand towel. Shower could use a deep cleaning and possibly a different shower head. Sink water pressure in bathroom was extremely low. Small mirror in each bedroom would be nice for the women to get ready (when there are multiple). Luggage rack would help keep the bags up off the ground. The stairs to the 4th floor unit are really steep. Good amount of street noise and not to mention the unit has quiet hours, which the neighbors did not abide by and had an all night party with people coming and going with loud music. They were still going when we left at 4am on Sunday. I would hope the management company checks the ring camera for that night and passes along any fees associated with the disturbance. Thank you
