« First part of week was fine. Booked a room with king size bed. They wanted to refinish the bathtub and moved us to another room for the last 2 days. It was a double queen bed that was hard as a rock, couldn’t get very good sleep. Why not just leave us in the comfortable king size room for 2 more days and work on the tub after we check out »

« The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Later that evening as we watched television, reception was awful. Clerk on duty at that time wasn't interested in our inquiry regarding tv reception. Breakfast foods ran out about 8:30. Still no attendant to that area. »

« Will never book a Quality Inn room again. Reserved room thru 3rd party, payment went thru just fine. Had a 16’ Penske truck and parked in front of office to check in. Was told to move truck out in dirt area. Said ok but needed to check in first bcuz I’m not carrying all my luggage across dirt lot. Was told no that we had to move truck first so she could see truck was moved. That’s just stupid! Made no sense but brought all stuff inside office then moved truck. I asked why and was sarcastically...
