« The staff was great but our check was not. I have a 6 foot 3 wheelchair man. Booked a wheelchair room but couldn’t get him in the bathroom it only had a bathtub. They changed rooms that accommodated us but the soap stuff was across from the wheelchair seat. We went to use the shower handle and it fell off the wall. It was not fixed for our stay. We booked 2 rooms the other room had other guests staying in it already. We checked in at 4pm had to go to a wedding rehearsal at 5. We had hoped to...

« Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where...

« Friendly staff. The pool is nice and clean, same for the meeting room and the patio outside. It’s quite comfortable and feel safe. Rooms follow the same idea and AC work well. A really nice hotel for short or long stay. »
