"Absolutely lovely hotel, we had a room with a private spa overlooking the ocean (not the Caldera) and hotel pool. The hotel is well located outside the hustle and bustle but easily walkable into the main part of town. There is a grocery store very close and if you wanted to stay in on any night, you can order food from outside similar to uber eats. The hotel staff were very helpful with anything we asked. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful property with outstanding views of the caldera. Breakfast was great and all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect - even allowing a late check out without extra cost. Very peaceful stay in a very clean room. I would just advise some caution due to the number of steps. From our apartment at the bottom of the hotel to the street level was 176 steps and not all had handrails. If you are ok with this then I would totally recommend this beautiful accommodation"

"Our stay at Kavalari was amazing from the start. We were received by an exceptional young man, Zani, friendly and so helpful. All of the staff had the same qualities. The breakfast was more than we expected and the view from our balcony was breathtaking!! The location of the hotel is great. You can walk and shop at the various boutiques in Fira, Imerovigli and Firostefani. The hotel is also a short walk to the bus stop, so easy access to transportation for day trips. "We cannot say enough about Lava Suites! We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and the views were ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!! 😍🇬🇷 Honestly, it was the VIEWS for us! Our cave-style room was super cute, very clean, a nice size, with great water pressure and a nice HOT shower. The included breakfast was AMAZING and such a great way to start the day while taking in those incredible Santorini views! The staff were wonderful. Sofia was so sweet, helpful and had great energy! And John was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! ❤️ There’s a little walk from the drop-off point to the property, and he was a CHAMP with our luggage. The way he grabbed our bags and practically ran them to the room had us shocked 😂. We had a small issue with the jacuzzi jets, but they worked on them and even left us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, which was so thoughtful. 🍷 The water wasn’t hot, and we weren’t sure if that’s just how it is there, but we still enjoyed it once the jets were working, especially with THAT view! It was a quick stay with a tight itinerary, so we wish we’d had more time to relax and take everything in. Between the beautiful room, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff and those UNFORGETTABLE views, we would DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to Santorini! 🌅🤍🇬🇷"

"What an amazing 5 days we had here! Huge shout out to Nikos and his team for making our stay as smooth and as memorable as possible. The communication was on point from the moment we arrived the airport. Nikos’ team was standing by to help us with the luggage through the countless stairs all the way to this heavenly like paradise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. The location is perfect and it felt like it was in the heart of Fira. Restaurants, bars, shops, etc.. are just a few steps away. The resort is surrounded by tourist specially at sunset because of its amazing view and location. This place is the total package. The cave style room and the infinity pool overlooking the white walls and caldera is probably the best part. It looks better in person than the Instagram photos. my family and I enjoyed every single moments we had here and wish we stayed longer. Again thank you CASASUNSHA! Until next time!"
