"Everything was perfect 👌 it was convenient that there was a useful kitchen makes things a little bit chipper that going out to restaurants especially giving that it's a tourist hotspot yes the establishment was a little bit further from Tadoussac QC, but we found it wasn't to bad about a 16 minute drive and at the same time get to see a little bit more of the area it was clean and well kept what more can you ask for my wife and I were very satisfied 😌 😉"

"Une section de l'hotel est bien et actualisée. Une petite section est viellotte (mais propre et fonctionnelle). J'ai eu une chambre dans cette section. La climatisation est buillante, la salle de bain sort direct des années 70/80 (mais propre), la qualité des matériaux de construction dans l'ensemble est ordinaire, l'ameublement est aussi viellot quoi que bien entretenu. A 150$ la nuit, je dirais que c'est acceptable. A 299$ la nuit comme ca été mon cas, ca ne vaut pas ca."

"1 nuit pour 1 couple 7 aout 2026 Points positifs: Dame à la réception très accueillante avec de bons conseils pour la région. Entrée de la réception est très charmante. Matelas des 2 lits très confortables. Pratique : téléviseur (branché un portable avec mon câble hdmi), petit frigo (sans congélateur), air climatisé. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours. Points négatifs: Prix pour une seule nuit."

"We stayed at Gite La Bergeronnette for two nights on a roadtrip from Parc National du Fjord du Saguenay, en route to the ferry at Les Escoumins. We checked in between 3 and 6 p.m. as was requested in our instructions. Anne was sitting on the patio outside and greeted us warmly. She showed us the very clean kitchenette and a small lounge area which was full of information regarding local restaurants and attractions which she personally recommends. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had scallops at Restaurant Du Boise, which were the best we have ever eaten! We would eat there once a week if we lived locally. We had been eating raisin bread for breakfast at the national park so we were hoping for a hearty breakfast at the inn and it was better than we had hoped. For $20 each Daniel prepared for us a four star breakfast of croissants with homemade strawberry rhubarb jam, freshly prepared fruit cups, and delicious crepes with pure maple syrup, also yogurt, orange juice and excellent coffee from Anne's fancy coffee machine, (and I am so picky about coffee). We had a fun conversation with Anne while we ate. She is a no nonsense lady! Gite La Bergeronnette is located in a quiet town about 15 minutes from Tadoussac which has a very nice marine mammal museum, whale watching tours, and many shops where one can find beautiful things and excellent food. Also a nice waterfront area with benches to look out over the bay. We did see some beluga whales from the shore!"
