"The location was amazing with lovely views of the country. However, we had real issues with the cleanliness of the property. The issues included cobwebs (in pretty much every room) dirty sheets including the cot, unscrubed loos and soaking wet lounger cushions that had been left out. Whilst an attempt had been made to clean the stair carpet it was clear that a duralex glass had been broken on the stairs as shards of glass were found not only on the stairs but also on the ground floor. "Was near a McDonald's,TGIF,IKEA,A small mall and the Southampton Central Train station.All walkable distance of less than 5 minutes from the hotel.The room smelt very clean.Didnt like how tea stuff were not in the room.Apparently you have to request the kettle etc. and pay a 10 pound deposit to get them,the money is returned when kettle etc. are returned."
