« This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. The yoghurt is a cheap sweetened option only and limited fruit. All can...

« Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. A real find as we enjoyed a christmas ball at Goodwood. If we come over this...
