"Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, only downside was the lorries parked not far from our window and starting up during the night. Other than that very clean and comfortable, we would stay again but get a room in a different location of the hotel."

"Absolutely beautiful grade 1 listed hotel in a lovely village. You would need a car to get there and get around as there is not much to do in Oundle village is beautiful and would be great to stay one or two nights without using the car, longer stays would be good if you have transport. We don’t normally go back to places but will try to return here"

"Ok it’s a small hotel that does not have the usual gym and facilities but if all you need is a room with bath/shower it’s ok. Place could do with a coat of paint in places however the lounge bar overlooking the lake is great"

"very comfortable, great location, very modern feel. would definitely stay again. the only caveat being you have to book the car park through an app. when we came back late on Friday, there was only one space left, and not in the Hyatt area. this was a little unsettling."

"The owner has to do the school run but leave her number on the door so you don’t have to wait long. She is really professional, polite and welcoming. Room was comfy and quite with a fridge and microwave in room which is a bonus for longer stays. No parking but a car park is situated 2 mins away and £6.10 for 24hrs is a good rate. Also paid by phone so you don’t have to worry about tickets on dashboard. Excellent Chinese takeaway a few doors down very reasonably priced. Didn’t try the breakfast but smelt good. Will definitely be back again. Thank you. "
